Note*： For the year ended 31 December 2025, the Company recorded a loss attributable to owners and a non-IFRS adjusted net (loss), which was mainly due to the decline in the price of Bitcoin, resulting in a decrease in the fair value of the cryptocurrencies held by the Group for the year ended 31 December 2025. Excluding the impact of non-operating one-off factors such as the changes in fair value of financial assets including digital assets and equity investment partnerships, the Group would have recorded a profit attributable to owners of the Company and an unaudited non-IFRS adjusted net profit of approximately HKD83 million and HKD129 million, respectively, for the year .
